PROJECT MANAGEMENT
A detailed cost estimate is provided with a specific, written description of all work to be performed. A schedule is also provided that shows the daily activity for the duration of the project.
QUALITY
We complete any and all projects on time and to the highest standards. We don’t cut corners looking for the cheapest options because you always get what you pay for. We prefer to do things the best way!
COMMUNICATION
We always keep ongoing communication with the homeowner to review work and address issues as they come up.
AVAILABILITY
We are available for the owner to ask any questions on a daily basis, and the homeowner is provided with the company’s cell phone number.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Dodson Builders Construction Inc. always puts customers first, and is available to address any concerns or questions that may come up.

CLEANUP
We promptly dispose of all debris in an appropriate manner, and we conscientiously recycle whenever possible.
QUALIFICATIONS
All our subcontractors are pre-qualified, which means we have years of experience with them.
